My name is Morgan (allegedly.) I'm an animation student from Canada in my early twenties running desperately from Big Social Media™.
There's a lot about the internet that I love, but I'm getting painfully disillusioned with the zombie-esque plague of AI shit and narrow-minded "discourse" that may or may not be fake anyways. Tumblr alone isn't enough anymore. Seeing how little engagement I get on my latest posts kind of defeats the point of blogging being for me, you know?
I initially created Pixel Noize to post retro-style pixel dollz, then abandoned it unfinished as my interests shifted elsewhere (I let that happen a lot.) A couple years later, like an animal in migration, I felt myself instinctually drawn back to Neocities. I am once again a steward of this patch of digital land.
I used to call this site Pixel Noize but I changed it to Crunchy Pixelz on August 25th, 2026. I didn't like the old name. Just in case even one person was trying to find me at my old url, I am putting that information up here front and centre.
